Meet Eo Constantatos

Eo Constantatos is the Founder of Day2dayself-care Occupational Therapy consultation services. She holds a Bachelors in Dance from Hunter College, is a licensed massage therapist studying both Eastern and Western massage therapy techniques at the Swedish Institute, is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at York College.

She is passionate about integrating health and wellness into daily practice and helps support individuals looking to improve their daily self-care routines. She believes that building body awareness, mindfulness, and cultivating healthy daily routines can help improve overall physical and mental health and well-being. She supports individuals through one-on-one sessions and group classes, guiding somatic movement, integrating self-massage, and addressing daily stressors for improved occupational health and well-being.

We specialize in assisting individuals exploring therapeutic self-massage tools and equipment. Our aim is to provide individualized recommendations, improve safe-awareness and application strategies to prevent injury, and create a targeted approach to support each individual's needs.

By helping the physical body relieve stress and tension through self-massage techniques, and integrating techniques in mindfulness and meditation, overall mental and physical health can be supported. How these techniques are applied is crucial in optimal results, injury prevention, and effective outcomes. We are here to provide recommendations for specific tools and equipment, as well as hands-on applications of therapeutic self-touch to help target your individualized needs. Our consultation services can help guide you in trigger point release techniques, muscle relaxation, myofascial release, and progressive gentle stretching to support pain and tension relief.
